How do I start a custom project with you?
Simply reach out to our team by filling out a Custom Project Request form. After providing us with your vision we will swiftly develop a plan. We’ll review your request and get in touch to discuss the next steps.
What types of wood do you work with?
We work with a variety of premium hardwoods and softwoods, including walnut, oak, maple, cherry, poplar, and more. If you have a specific wood type in mind, let us know, and we’ll source the best option for your project.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
We want only the best for you, and we will not start until we have a clear vision of your idea. If there is confusion or uncertainty in our ability to execute your idea, we would like either party to have the option to cancel the project request. However, once we’ve begun the creation process of your project, we will not be able to allow for cancellations to be made.
How does the billing process work?
To begin your project, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid 24 hours prior to your receiving of your piece with proof of the final product’s completion.
Do you provide design assistance if I’m not sure what I want?
Absolutely! We can help refine your ideas, offer recommendations, and ensure the final design aligns with your vision and space.
How is pricing determined for custom projects?
Pricing is based on the complexity of the design, materials used, and labor involved. Once we finalize the details of your project, we’ll provide a transparent quote.
